| To make SMS CallBack calls, you need: |

1. A deltathree Calling Account
2. The local access phone number
3. A mobile phone
4. Two telephone numbers that you want to connect |

| Step 1: Send an SMS message to the local access number |
| |
| |
1. Send an SMS message to the local access phone number
2. The SMS message to send is CallingAccount# A-Number B-Number
CallingAccount# is the deltathree 8-digit User ID and 4-digit password, followed by the # sign.
A-Number is the originating phone number* that will receive the callback first. You can enter your own mobile number or any other telephone number.
B-Numberis the destination phone number*. You can choose not to send the B-Number in the SMS message. Enter the B-Number after we call you back.
* Make sure to enter the country code, area code, and the number - even for local telephone numbers, e.g. 12125551212 for a USA number.
