Local IVR (BOScom Gateways only)
Customize your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) prompts locally, using your own language and brand! You can manually change and load your voice files at any given time. The IVR is located within the gateway. Simply transfer the voice files between the gateway and your PC to create branded IVR phrases.
